Every political camp is praying for Raila Odinga’s quick recovery, but for very different reasons

President William Ruto’s side is praying hardest, because they know that without Raila, their already fragile political footing in Luo Nyanza could collapse completely.


On the other hand, the opposition is also praying, not just for his health, but so that he can be there to witness them deliver the presidency in 2027, something he has chased for decades without success.


I will leave it at that.
