Update: Police Rescue KWS Officer From Armed Robbers In KINOO, Kiambu County

Police officers on patrol in Kinoo, Kiambu County, have rescued a Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) officer from a gang of suspected robbers. The rescue followed a swift response to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the early hours of 6 October 2025.



Upon approaching the vehicle, its occupants attempted to flee. After a chase, two suspects were arrested.

A man who had been tied up and blindfolded in the vehicle’s boot was rescued and was later identified as a KWS officer travelling to Nairobi. To read more Click here.
